Customer service was fantastic and the place is very secure and quiet. We were there on a Saturday night and despite the 3 bars onsite you could hear absolutely nothing. Air conditioning was great also. Place has 24 hr reception and room service which is always a plus. We stayed as we were transiting through Dubai and we had no problems having a shower and plenty of well needed sleep. Market on the walk to the Metro was close and a bonus treat for us. Very delicious food and lots of bargains. Would stay here again. Also was able to check in around 1pm despite normal checkin of 2pm with no extra charge. Thank you

The hotel was good clean, good location for access metro, Bus, taxi,Good restaurant all are nearby just walking distance, But hotel management was no good I told them put my luggage for 5 hours because my flight late hours then management denied to me very roudly . I am a travel agent and go Dubai for visit Travel agent exhibition [ATM] . I shocked listen that do not put my luggage for 5 hours. This was new experience for me. This hotel is good for business leisure in low budget.

The staff was extremely friendly, Specially the female receptionist made our stay flexible and comfortable. She communicated all our needs to the staff quickly and made us feel like at home. Because of the good attitude of the female receptionist me and my wife decided to extend our stay to over 10 days. And also the location of the hotel is extremely close to many of the cities major landmarks. Looking forward to a second visit!

overall all is good tasty food and tea. reception is freindly and all staff is good , i am shocked why the hotel rating in down i think u mist try this . Ammad ur rehman
